What is an escape room?
Your adventure begins inside one of our four uniquely themed rooms. A total of 8 people will have a maximum of 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles, clues and riddles to eventually ESCAPE the room. Teamwork is a must!

Will I be paired with strangers?
All our bookings are private. Even if you bring fewer than 8 players we won’t add anybody to your game.
Are we actually locked in the room?
Absolutely not. There is always access to exit the room at any time in case of emergency or…you know, when nature calls.
What are the age requirements?
Anyone aged 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The adult will count as a paying participant towards the 8 person maximum per room. Yes, we know, you are “just there to observe and not play.” But you won’t be able to help it. It’s simply too much fun for the kids to have all by themselves.
What if we need help during gameplay?
Our philosophy is a little different at The Puzzle Parlour, we actually want you to succeed. During your adventure, your Game Master will be watching and listening from the Control Room. Any time you need help, simply ask and your GM will offer hints and clues. So ask for 100 clues, or ask for none…this is your adventure!
Are any of the rooms frightening?
The adventures are elaborately themed, but these are not haunted houses. There are no live actors to jump out at you. We don’t hire zombies.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of your game.
Do we have to show up early?
We request that you show up 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way we can go over the rules with your group, answer questions, and show you where the restrooms are. Adventures will start at the scheduled time, so groups arriving late may have less than 60 minutes to play.
Where do we park?
There is municipal parking on both sides of our building. Payment in these lots is $1.50/hr and is required 24/7. If you come on Sunday look for street parking because it’s FREE.
