The Puzzle Parlour is a live-action adventure that is unlike anything you have ever experienced. Come with friends, family or your team to tackle the challenges together. You’ll have a total of 60 minutes to UNPLUG from the digital world, INTERACT with your team of adventurers, and ESCAPE from your busy life. Can your team accomplish the mission in time?

Operation Laser Tag is a military-themed experience that brings the “Call of Duty” style of video game to life. Our maze-like arenas provide many great spaces and vantage points from which to strategize and play. The equipment tracks stats, makes competition fun, allows mid-play weapon changes and offers many game modes, including VIP, Domination and Infection.

What is the cost to play?

Individual tickets can be purchased for the Puzzle Parlour escape rooms for $25 each.

Individual tickets can be purchased for Operation Laser Tag for $15 each.

When purchasing tickets, you may be paired with others to fill the room with the maximum number of players.

What is an escape room?

Your adventure begins inside one of our uniquely themed rooms. A total of 8 people will have a maximum of 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles, clues and riddles to eventually ESCAPE the room. Teamwork is a must!

Are we actually locked in the room?

Absolutely not. There is always access to the exit at any time in case of an emergency or…you know, when nature calls.

 What are the age requirements?

Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult will count towards the 8 person maximum per room. Yes, we know, you are “just there to observe and not play”, but you won’t be able to help it. It’s simply too much fun for the kids to have all by themselves! Due to the fact that the adventures are not “child-proofed”, please call before reserving an adventure with a child under 10 years of age.

What if we need help during gameplay?

At The Puzzle Parlour, our philosophy is different than most other escape rooms. We actually want you to succeed. During your adventure, your Game Master will be watching and listening from the Control Room. Any time you need help, simply ask and your GM will offer hints and clues. So ask for 100 clues, or ask for none…this is your adventure! For those of you that are a bit…competitive…we do have a system in place to gauge how well you do depending on how many clues you ask for. So fear not, we’ll tell you how awesome you are!

Are any of the rooms frightening?

The adventures are elaborately themed, but these are not haunted houses. There are no live actors to jump out at you. We don’t hire zombies. Feeding them is a mess!

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. Once payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted. With enough notice, we may be able to reschedule your reservation if necessary. There are absolutely no refunds or reschedules for no-shows.

Do we have to show up early?

We request that you show up 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way we can go over the rules with your group, answer questions, and show you where the restrooms are. Adventures will start at the scheduled time, so groups arriving late may have less than 60 minutes to play.
