The Puzzle Parlour is a live-action adventure that is unlike anything you have ever experienced. Come with friends, family or your team to tackle the challenges together. You\u2019ll have a total of 60 minutes to UNPLUG from the digital world, INTERACT with your team of adventurers, and ESCAPE from your busy life. What is an escape room?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Your adventure begins inside one of our four\u00a0uniquely themed rooms. A total of 8 people will have a maximum of 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles, clues and riddles to eventually ESCAPE the room. Teamwork is a must!<\/span><\/p>\n

Will I be paired with strangers?<\/span><\/h3>\n

All our bookings are private. Even if you bring fewer than 8 players we won\u2019t add anybody to your game.<\/span><\/p>\n

How many players can fit in one game?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Each game is designed for up to 8 players. If you have more than 8, you will need to divide your group into separate teams. Call or email us to set up a custom schedule so that your entire group can start at the same time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Are we actually locked in the room?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Absolutely not. There is always access to exit the room at any time in case of emergency or\u2026you know, when nature calls.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u00a0are the age requirements?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We recommend players be at least 10 and up. Anyone aged 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The adult will count as a paying participant towards the 8 person maximum per room. Yes, we know, you are \u201cjust there to observe and not play.\u201d But you won\u2019t be able to help it. It\u2019s simply too much fun for the kids to have all by themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n

What if we need help during gameplay?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Our philosophy is a little different at The Puzzle Parlour, we actually\u00a0want<\/em>\u00a0you to succeed. During your adventure, your Game Master will be watching and listening from the Control Room. Any time you need help, simply ask and your GM will offer hints and clues. So ask for 100 clues, or ask for none\u2026this is your adventure!<\/span><\/p>\n

Are any of the rooms frightening?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The adventures are elaborately themed, but these are not haunted houses. There are no live actors to jump out at you. We don\u2019t hire zombies. That being said, Surgery and Vampire are dimly lit with dramatic music to increase the intensity.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the cancellation policy?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of your game.<\/p>\n

Do we have to show up early?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We request that you show up 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way we can go over the rules with your group, answer questions, and show you where the restrooms are. Adventures will start at the scheduled time, so groups arriving late may have less than 60 minutes to play.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where do we park?<\/span><\/h3>\n

There is municipal parking on both sides of our building. Payment in these lots is $1.50\/hr and is required 24\/7.
