The Puzzle Parlour is a live-action adventure that is unlike anything you have ever experienced. Come with friends, family or your team to tackle the challenges together. You\u2019ll have a total of 60 minutes to UNPLUG from the digital world, INTERACT with your team of adventurers, and ESCAPE from your busy life. Can your team accomplish the mission in time?<\/p>\n

Operation Laser Tag is a military-themed experience that brings the \u201cCall of Duty\u201d style of video game to life. Our maze-like arenas provide many great spaces and vantage points from which to strategize and play. The equipment tracks stats, makes competition fun, allows mid-play weapon changes and offers many game modes, including VIP, Domination and Infection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

What is the cost to play?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Individual\u00a0tickets can be purchased for the Puzzle Parlour escape rooms for $25 each.<\/span><\/p>\n

Individual\u00a0tickets can be purchased for Operation Laser Tag\u00a0for $15 each.<\/span><\/p>\n

When purchasing tickets, you may be paired with others to fill the room with the maximum number of players.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

What is an escape room?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Your adventure begins inside one of our uniquely themed rooms. A total of 8 people will have a maximum of 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles, clues and riddles to eventually ESCAPE the room. Teamwork is a must!<\/span><\/p>\n

Are we actually locked in the room?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Absolutely not. There is always access to the exit at any time in case of an emergency or\u2026you know, when nature calls.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>What\u00a0are the age requirements?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult will count towards the 8 person maximum per room. Yes, we know, you are \u201cjust there to observe and not play\u201d, but you won\u2019t be able to help it. It\u2019s simply too much fun for the kids to have all by themselves!\u00a0Due to the fact that the adventures are not \u201cchild-proofed\u201d, please call before reserving an adventure with a child under 10 years of age.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

What if we need help during gameplay?<\/span><\/h3>\n

At The Puzzle Parlour, our philosophy is different than most other escape rooms. We actually\u00a0want<\/em>\u00a0you to succeed. During your adventure, your Game Master will be watching and listening from the Control Room. Any time you need help, simply ask and your GM will offer hints and clues. So ask for 100 clues, or ask for none\u2026this is your adventure! For those of you that are a bit\u2026competitive\u2026we do have a system in place to gauge how well you do depending on how many clues you ask for. So fear not, we\u2019ll tell you how awesome you are!<\/span><\/p>\n

Are any of the rooms frightening?<\/span><\/h3>\n

The adventures\u00a0are elaborately themed, but these are not haunted houses. There are no live actors to jump out at you. We don\u2019t hire zombies. Feeding them is a mess!<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the cancellation policy?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We do not offer refunds, and all sales are final. Once payment is processed and the reservation is confirmed, cancellations cannot be accepted. With enough notice, we may be able to reschedule your reservation if necessary.\u00a0There are absolutely no refunds or reschedules for no-shows.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Do we have to show up early?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We request that you show up 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way we can go over the rules with your group, answer questions, and show you where the restrooms are.
